Question: After running Microsoft HyperTerm the wedge software does not recognize the port. Answer: HyperTerm locks the port until re-boot even after exit. Do not attempt to run HyperTerm again or it will lock up your serial ports. Restart your computer and use our built in Software Wedge Diagnostics to test and configure your devices. |
